These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and VG98 ("VG98", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting services accessible at vg98.casa and its associated subdomains.

By creating an account, accessing any feature of the platform, or placing any wager through VG98's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using VG98's services and close your account.

These Terms apply to all players accessing VG98 from Malaysia, including players located in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Penang, Johor Bahru, Shah Alam, and all other regions. VG98 operates under applicable international gaming regulations and holds the necessary authorisations to provide the services described herein.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active account on VG98, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. VG98 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. For players aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, syndicates, and agents acting on behalf of third parties are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of VG98 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from VG98 or have had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must be the sole and beneficial owner of the payment method(s) used to fund your Account.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, IP address, or payment method are considered duplicate accounts and are strictly prohibited. VG98 reserves the right to merge or close any duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, bets, or bonus claims associated with them.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account. VG98 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and source of funds at any point.

KYC verification documents typically required include, but are not limited to:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport).
• A selfie photograph holding the identification document, taken on demand.
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) dated within the past three months.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account showing name and registered phone number).

VG98 will not process withdrawals from any account that has not completed KYC verification. Completion of KYC does not guarantee unlimited withdrawal access — VG98 may request additional documentation for high-value transactions or when triggered by internal risk management procedures.

VG98 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: FPX online banking (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, AmBank, and other participating banks), DuitNow transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20/ERC20, BTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.

All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. VG98 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered to third parties. Any deposit originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits are generally processed in real time for FPX and DuitNow. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• VG98 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times and exchange rate fluctuations. VG98 credits the MYR equivalent based on the exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain.
• VG98 reserves the right to limit, decline, or reverse any deposit that triggers internal fraud detection systems.

Withdrawal requests are processed by VG98 subject to the following conditions: the Player's Account must be fully KYC verified; the requested amount must not exceed any applicable withdrawal limits; all active wagering requirements must be satisfied; and the Account must be in good standing with no pending investigations or disputes.

Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals to online banking accounts typically complete within 1 to 3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 24 hours subject to network conditions. These timelines are indicative and not contractually guaranteed.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is subject to the Player's KYC tier and Account standing.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. VG98 may request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a new payment method.
• Withdrawal requests that are pending may be cancelled by the Player before processing has commenced. Cancellation of a withdrawal request returns the funds to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• VG98 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of ongoing KYC or fraud investigations, without obligation to provide a specific timeline.

VG98 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which form part of and are supplemental to these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general principles apply to all bonus offers unless the promotion-specific terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) is stated on each promotion page. A wagering requirement of x15 on a RM100 bonus means the Player must wager a total of RM1,500 before withdrawal is permitted.
• Maximum Bet Cap: While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum stake per bet or per game round is typically capped at RM500 unless otherwise specified. Exceeding the maximum bet cap while using Bonus Funds may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement clearance. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live table games, such as baccarat and blackjack, may contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports betting markets may have separate contribution rates. Full contribution tables are available in the promotions section.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and unmet wagering requirements will expire within the timeframe specified on the promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited). Upon expiry, both the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are removed from the Account without notice.
• Bonus Abuse: VG98 reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close an Account, if it has reasonable grounds to believe the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, collusion, or any other fraudulent behaviour in connection with a promotional offer.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Unless expressly stated, each promotion is limited to one redemption per Player, household, IP address, payment method, and device.

All games and betting markets made available through VG98 are governed by the individual game rules published on the Platform. In the event of a technical fault, system error, or game malfunction during active play, VG98 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. Payouts made as a result of a manifest error are not valid and may be reclaimed by VG98.

VG98 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to instances where a bet appears to exploit a pricing error, where market liquidity is insufficient, or where the bet triggers risk management thresholds.

• Sports betting markets on EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events are subject to settlement based on official results from recognised governing bodies.
• In-play (live) betting decisions are final once confirmed. VG98 will not reverse confirmed in-play bets on the grounds of player error.
• VG98 retains the right to amend betting odds up until the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds applied to the wager.
• Winnings from sports markets are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance upon official settlement of the event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VG98. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using VG98 in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an Account.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after having consumed the services paid for.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets without human decision-making.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing mistakes for profit.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies in connection with promotional bonus offers.
• Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent promotional limits, self-exclusion orders, or Account restrictions.
• Sharing Account credentials with, or operating an Account on behalf of, any third party.

VG98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; engagement in prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; or where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, VG98 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player within a reasonable timeframe subject to completion of any outstanding investigations.

Players may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting VG98 support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to standard KYC verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VG98 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or system failure.

VG98's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

VG98 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or security breach. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally possible. VG98 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during Platform unavailability due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events, third-party payment system outages, or Internet service provider failures.

VG98 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you accept full responsibility for your betting decisions.

VG98 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Players, accessible at any time from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account where you believe gambling is causing harm. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by VG98 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

VG98 processes personal data only for lawful purposes directly related to the operation of the Platform, including account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. VG98 does not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is stored with AES-256 encryption.

VG98 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of VG98's Services following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which VG98 holds its operating licences. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body designated by VG98.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent VG98 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in connection with the enforcement of intellectual property rights or the recovery of funds obtained through fraud.

Players who wish to raise a formal complaint regarding VG98's services should first contact our support team. VG98 undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within 3 business days and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days of acknowledgement.
